Solvebooks Professional Corporation is a CPA Ontario-registered accounting and finance firm in Toronto, started in July 2025, working with companies across the United States and Canada. We take on the recurring finance work inside each client's own systems, run it on a fixed calendar, and a CPA reviews everything and signs off.

THE FOUNDER

Dave, CPA.

Dave is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA Ontario). He spent his early career at PwC in transfer pricing and at Deloitte in the technology startups practice, then left public accounting to become Chief of Staff to a co-founder at Super.com, where he led a 200-person reorganization. He has had companies of his own and ran finance and operations for them, as well as for Solvebooks' clients, which is why the firm thinks like an owner rather than a bookkeeper.

He personally reviews and signs off on client work. Every client so far has come from a referral.
